The world is a better place with all of you in it. While there are many times that giving up seems like an easier way to take away emotional/psychological/physical pain, there are so many wonderful reasons to stay alive. You need to get through some bad days to get to the best days of your life and be patient about the coming of those days because patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait and work on themselves. Finding at least one reason (even if you can only find one) to stay alive on this list is my hope for anyone who reads this. I promise that staying alive and surviving is worth it.

If you are struggling with or know someone who struggles with suicidal thoughts, there is no "silly" reason to stay alive. If it gives the person meaning, hope, or safe comfort, it has meaning and value. Find anything that you can look forward to in your future or anything that motivates you to stay here on Earth. If you cannot find a reason to keep going, that does not mean that there is no reason to keep going. It just means that depression is hiding that reason from you. Contrary to popular belief, people with suicidal thoughts do not want to die; they want the pain to end and when they are not in the headspace, their brain may cause them to think that suicide is the only situation. However, your current struggles do not define your destiny. You deserve to stay and see that the best is yet to come🤍✨
